I wholeheartedly believe there is none after witnessing and seeing a slew of issues.
Inconvénients
1. Recent memo has directed employees to artificially boost the ratings of this company so take those reviews with a tinge of salt. 2. Expected to work FOC after hours and / or weekends, without OT. 3. Mr. Sia has a tendency and still does step over his own sales team, taking away the hardwork and groundwork done by those under him. Eg: He'll tell his staff to setup a meeting with a prospective buyer and ask him/her not to attend, effectively cutting out the sales commission for the salesperson, which the salesperson relies on to survive. They have had a few cases that went to labor office, lost and yet can't be bothered to initiate a review or relevant changes. 4. Claims can take a long time to process.
