Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The company is doing restructuring of its tech stack and tools and this is the best time to join the engineering team. The people in the company are very nice and cooperative. The tech problems are very challenging. Vijay, One of the founders (CPO/CTO), is very committed to the success of the org but he often gets burdened by sales, AI, and engineering. Having one or two senior leaders like him would have taken the company to 2X revenue.
Inconvénients
Only one of the founders (CPO/CTO) seems interested to set process and take the org forward. The CEO/founders seems uninterested, doesn't follow processes, doesn't stay in office for too long, and comes up with ad hoc requests.
