Avantages

-People at Infer are top notch, incredibly bright and an culture of high integrity. -Product is in the path of revenue. It's always easier to sell something if you can prove the revenue impact upfront and clearly measure the impact. Also, Infer is in a fortunate position that the engineering team is very strong and so the models outperform the competition. -The opportunity is to be at the forefront of a disruptive shift. Companies are re-imagining how they operate based on data and huge productivity gains are being unlocked. It's also an opportunity to work with amazing high-growth companies and see how they run sales and marketing.

Inconvénients

-It's a fast paced dynamic market which you've got to be ready for. There are going to be ups and downs as the market heats up. If the team continues to stay focused though, I've got confidence Infer will come out on top.

Avantages

Infer is a product-driven company, which is evident by the engineering talent they have amassed and the superior product they have developed Amazing customer base - Actual ROI and measurable results across their customers - Very low churn rate Great work/life balance - Work from home Wednesdays, very flexible vacation policy, remote work options The people - Infer employs PhDs, Top MBAs, former founders and more. Very very smart people who work together very well. Collaborative culture (daily lunches, team outings, hackweeks) amongst every department in the company

Inconvénients

Things can change very quickly at Infer - it is important for employees to be comfortable with a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment The predictive space has become very crowded and difficult for buyers to separate the wheat from the chaff Being located in Mountain View can cause challenges with recruiting
