The worst place i have ever worked in my entire life - Avis employé Consultant Inetum

There is no team spirit. They have old and obsolete procedures, because the higher managers are there for more than 20 years and still think as they if they´re managing a company in the 90´s. The pressure is huge and they think that the best way to improve is to control every single KPI of your performance. They do not care a bit about your opinions to improve anything. You cannot trust anybody, because everybody is afraid, and pretend that everything is okay. The managers don´t care you´re motivated or not. In this company, probably the only day you´ll have some alone time with them is to say that you´re leaving, and that can happen in a phone call. I´ve worked there for a year and i never felt so sad each day i got home and so unmotivated to go to work in the morning. Because I knew i would be facing fake people that are always talking behind your back and you can feel the tension in the air.
