      Avantages

      The higher ups are extremely encouraging, friendly, and supportive. They make sure to answer all your questions. Additionally, the work you do there isn't an everyday data entry position, but actually gives you hands on experience with marketing tools to give you necessary skills in the future.

      Inconvénients

      Although the employees are very friendly and supportive, it is an extremely quiet office environment. There is little-to-none communication on a daily basis among employees. Can get "boring" and "robotic" at times because of that.

      Avantages

      Interns are trained in a variety of duties. They also get to use programs which are very much in demand by current employers(Dreamweaver, Google Adwords and Analytics, for example). Overall, the employees are very polite and friendly; they seem content overall with their jobs. InetSoft is a respectable company to have on your resume; they have been around since 1996 and their software is used by %25 of Fortune 500 companies.

      Inconvénients

      As mentioned previously, the unstructured approach can take some getting used too. However, once the adjustment takes place, you may find that this is more conducive to maximum productivity. Also, the commitment expected of interns is 3-5 days a week, so it may not be for students with an already very full schedule.
