      Avantages

      No Pros, It's fraud company.By joining here you come to know about corporate white collar corruption.

      Inconvénients

      They treat employee as labor workers. All the higher management is with just Diploma qualification. The management does not know s/w professional culture. They give preference only for diploma background persons only and always gives good work to diploma guys. If the guys who have higher qualification sand from IIT's,NIT's then they will show really hell. It's worst company well qualified experienced engineers

      Working for Ineda is a positive experience, working on cutting technologies and very useful for career growth

      Need to be more focused on the products working on and marketing team needs to strengthened.

      frequent change in tasks so you will not get idea whether you are trying something or really working for something and it will go out in market.
