      Good facility's and a good base pay, most staff are friendly and enjoy working as a team.

      Inconvénients

      Hi staff turnover, management changes mean constant changes to your pay and job role. You are looked at as a number on a spreadsheet not a person, this means targets are more important than training and customer experience.
