      Avantages

      This was my first job; it was a great learning and experience for me. I still remember the mentoring, guidance, and even serve feeding at times when I repeatedly made mistakes. Best part is - you get chance to learn and DO it yourself...

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
