Flexible for work from home whenever needed. However also encourages to come to office as it helps in networking and overcome challenges we have in work from home. 5. Inconvénients
There is always some room for improvement. 1. needs some internal app automations like task assignment. 2. some more activities or gathering to interact and know the eam members who joined in pandemic and never worked from office. Encourage more physical interactions than vitural interactions.
