      Avantages

      Os horários de trabalho são bem flexíveis. O horário de café é livre e temos máquinas com café no estilo de primeiro mundo. O ambiente é pré amigável.

      Inconvénients

      Existe uma elite já estabelecida e podemos verificar a exploração dos estagiários de desenvolvimento e também de outras áreas. Normalmente, nós recém formados entramos ganhando muito mais muito mais mesmo do que o pessoal das TIC por exemplo que muitas vezes acabam fazendo o nosso trabalho. Se por um lado é engraçado, por outro é uma verdadeira exploração com os outros times.

      Good people, beautiful place, can open opportunities to study there also

      Inconvénients

      Not much room to grow. Salary is pretty stagnant. They do not have a very good progression policy either. Some tech stack may be out of sync with the market

      Avantages

      I've worked for Inatel Competence Center for about 1.5y and this company was super important to my career development. I've learned a lot from my friends and from the project I worked on. I just decided to leave because I was moving to another country, but I would love to work there again. - Co-workers like a family - Good salary - You can work in the university's project too and support the students on research. - Really good environment - The countryside city is full of technology

      Inconvénients

      Nothing to say. I really enjoyed the time working there.
