Avantages
Most of the employees are friendly and easy to communicate with, creating a supportive work environment. It's a good place to gain experience and learn, especially for fresh graduates. However, it's difficult to stay long-term due to the boss's micromanagement style, which can be stressful and demotivating.
Inconvénients
The salary is at the minimum level, but the workload is overwhelming and must be completed within a day. Management is terrible and unorganized. Engineers are expected to be available 24/7, even during weekends or while on sick leave working remotely from home. Despite all the effort, the boss claims engineers are "makan gaji buta" (getting paid for doing nothing), which is very demotivating.
