      Avantages

      The products made help train military forces and law enforcement officers to be effective in the field. Employees have a great sense of pride about what they do and how the products keep our communities safe. The culture is very friendly, fun and everyone works together for the common good.

      Inconvénients

      During 4th quarter, production ramps up to fill year end orders. Very busy.

      Avantages

      Great place to work with great people. Very vet friendly.

      Inconvénients

      5 days a week in office. Not necessarily a con, but I know some people prefer work from home.

      Avantages

      Cool product, some diamond in the rough engineers.

      Inconvénients

      Wholly incompetent management. Mistakes made are like blueprints for repeating the same mistakes again a year later. Layoffs quarterly, PE bought, history of embezzlement; truly a sinking ship - a train wreck in slow motion. Rested for too long on the rockstar reputation of the FATS name.
