Avantages
I was a PD trained fresher from a VLSI training center and joined Insemi in the month of December 2017. The package was reasonable enough but it will kick in once we get into a client, since Insemi is a service based company. But , I immediately got the chance to attend a client interview within a month and was able to crack it. It totally depends on the client on when exactly you will start working there. Insemi has quite a noticeable client base so you will get another chance even if don't get into the first one you attend.
Inconvénients
It will take some time for a fresher to get into a client if they don't clear the first client that comes their way. Still, there are a lot of people in Insemi office who have decades of experience and can help you improve your knowledge base. Initial package offering will be attractive but the stipend until we get into the client will be low. Clients can sometime have a training period of 3-6 months where you won't be paid the actual package and the stipend will continue until the end of that period.
