      Avantages

      Fully remote, remote teams, nothing more really

      Inconvénients

      The worst place I have worked. Really low salaries and payment is ALWAYS delayed. They take advantage of cheap labour from Asia and Africa. CEO is terrible, HR sucks, everything is just going from bad to worse. Dosent look like they will be making it this year.

      Great people to work with around the world, and fexibility to work remotely.

      Inconvénients

      While the company has strong leadership, there were occasions where the C-level team’s style felt overly directive. A more approachable and supportive tone could further enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
