      Avantages

      Good flexible working hours and ok benefits Good people and teams to work with Central office location

      Inconvénients

      Very poor senior leadership and company strategy Have put their focus on one particular product and selling it in the USA instead of focusing on current UK trends and the suite products as a whole. - Lack of strong leadership - some employees workload too much and others would wfh and clearly do nothing - No employee reviews with a proper HR structure for career progression (I hope this has changed) - the office building is old and the toilets are not fit for purpose of the number of staff - Different teams have different rules for TOIL/Overtime and commission and if you question it you are seen as a problem. - Management does not communicate well with employees. - The CEO is too involved in product development

      Avantages

      A really human bunch of people where you're treated as an individual. Lots of mental health hours given out, little gift boxes at xmas etc. People genuinely want to help each other. Very good work life balance and generally remote working.

      Inconvénients

      It's a very small company so job security isn't a thing. A lot of decisions feel reactionary rather than planned in advance because X deal didn't come off. New hires all seem to start on a contract first before a decision is made about whether you're permanent. There isn't any mobility in the company as the turnover only seems to come when they get rid of people and then everyone else has been in their job for 10+ years.

      Avantages

      Great colleagues who deserve better. Flexible working gives good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      CEO is a terrible micro manager who doesn't trust his employees.
