      Avantages

      Colleagues are nice and it was still 100% remote before I was laid off.

      Inconvénients

      Yearly layoffs are typical. Upper management usually has no idea what is happening and how the departments should be working together. For a tech company that promotes the best in digital learning they are way behind in user interface and ease of use for the customer. And the backend work for the employees is so manual and tedious it slows everything down.

      Hybrid, good starting point for teachers looking to get out of the classroom, learn a lot of sales skills

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low pay, bad commission structure (pay out in December), management is ok but is dependent on the person
