      Avantages

      Work life balance and remote work is great. I enjoy my team and line managers.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership restructures and there are 1-2 rounds of layoffs per year. It is difficult to get a raise.

      Hybrid, good starting point for teachers looking to get out of the classroom, learn a lot of sales skills

      Inconvénients

      Extremely low pay, bad commission structure (pay out in December), management is ok but is dependent on the person
