It is a family apart from a business: I think that there are only few places in the world where you can feel considered as a human being more than a simple "resource". If you are passionate and you care about the business you can be satisfied and rewarded in a proper way.

It is a small company (10 employees plus 4 partners) and so it can't give you an international breath and potential experiences, the one I am looking at in this moment of my life.
