      Only good for learning new things in Stokvis tapes Inida Pvt limited which will not help to develop career. Only for Internal use.

      1. EGO between management teams (HODs) 2. Lack of employee motivation 3. Blaming game 4. Identifying mistakes,mistakes,mistakes, mistakes,mistakes,mistakes .............................. 5. No Humanity 6. comparatively no good salary for work men 7. No recognition 8. No career growth 9. Worst politics 10. Inablity of Management team(HODs) 11. Change of policies very frequent. 12. New joiners are advised to read all the policies and accept the appoinment

      Great coworkers and a vast crew of skilled operators

      Inconvénients

      I did not recieve the vision of where the company was going other than bigger. Missing a huge opportunity to identify and mentoring young talent that is there leading to a dead end atmosphere.
