At ISOutsource there is an expectation from every one of our team members to have a growth mindset. We understand that not everyone has a natural desire to shift from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset and so we invest in mentorship, coaching, and providing actionable feedback. When team members demonstrate continued apathy, a sense of entitlement, or a resistance to change from ways of carelessness and poor-quality work, we will hold them accountable in order to maintain our high standards around client and team satisfaction. Our NPS metrics (both client and team) show the enormous improvements we have made over the last few years.
