Avantages
The building has nice amenities like a gym, game room, and open work environment. Sometimes food is provided. Coworkers are friendly and generally pleasant to work with. I got some solid work experience, and was able to experiment in many ways.
Inconvénients
Very unusual location. There are also some very large management issues. Employees are let down time and time again through rash decision making, being told blatant lies to both employees and clients, lack of any real benefits such as health insurance or paid sick days, being paid well below average wage, and generally feeling a lack of communication between administration and employees. People are "hired" and paid through Express Employment Professionals, so we are technically independent contractors of sorts. Because of this, people have quit left and right on a moment's notice. There is a very high turnover rate, because people realize how messed up everything is here and leave, or they don't "fit the culture" and are fired.
The worst part about this company is how clients are constantly left in the dark about what's really going on behind the scenes. This moral dilemma likely a large factor in the high turnover. Don't be allured by the outer appearances here. I would not recommend working here if you are trying to build a career, make a living, or pursue happiness.
