      Generally relaxed work environment with flexible schedule. Decent benefits. Friendly employees

      Inconvénients

      Very poorly managed. Company seems more interested in taking care of the people at the top instead of worrying about the integrity of the entire company. No consequences for poor decisions in the workplace.

      Avantages

      Benefits are industry standard. Pay structure is above industry standard. President is hand's on and very communicative and provides full support to Project Managers. The people are great to work with and very hard working. As a whole , company is above average,but President makes it worth coming to work each day.

      Inconvénients

      Executive Management doesn't provide much for advancement to keep everyone on level pay structure
