      Le travail était correct, le salaire était correct

      Inconvénients

      Dans le laboratoire où je travaillais, ils ne me gardaient que le temps de les rattraper sur leur travail pendant qu'ils partaient chacun en vacances

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
