      Avantages

      Nice colleagues, good location, successful company, pay and benefits very competitive. It has all the makings of a good employer if a few changes are made.

      Inconvénients

      Management have no idea what motivates staff and seem to have a serious issue with delegating responsibilty. There is no clear plan, very little direction and zero tolerance to anyone who doesn't keep their head down and speak only when spoken to. Very archaic way of working.

      1> Gave iPhone for new employees 2> decent work life balance 3> Some good managers in London.

      Inconvénients

      1> too bureaucratic 2> promotions based on network connections rather than merit. 3> No idea of how to manage outsourcing function to India but still went ahead with it on a major project.
