      Client work is often fulfilling

      Inconvénients

      I’ve had plenty of work experience and never seen this kind of employer before. The lack of transparency is shocking, and communication from management is, for lack of a better word, condescending. The company has dramatically over hired and therapists are unable to make ends meet with this job due to the non compete clause. Supervisors seem well-meaning but not particularly helpful. If you want a living wage and good, substantive clinical experience, look outside of this company.

      We have learned from our missteps and are working to do better. We have always maintained an open door policy within the administrative team; we are happy to answer questions of “why”. No one ever asks them to us directly; we can’t respond to what we do not know is a question

      Avantages

      Sustainable caseloads. Rare example of leadership actively working to prevent burnout. Excellent clinical supervision and ongoing professional development. Good hybrid flexibility. Decent pay and solid benefits.
