      Avantages

      A few wonderful coworkers that have not resigned or been fired yet.

      Inconvénients

      You will be overworked and underpaid. You will be constantly held to an impossible standard with low resources or resources being taken away from you. New Management don't really know what they are doing. Morale is at an all time low. A very toxic environment. The cherry on top of all of this is that the first team is one of the worst in the league and you wonder why you even work here at all.

      Avantages

      Amazing sales experience. You really get to be apart of something bigger than yourself and sometimes watch the games!

      Inconvénients

      The only con I would say is that the commission bonus per game is a little low. Once you hit your quota there’s no monetary incentive to keep selling. But you just keep going because of how awesome it is!
