      Inconvénients

      Im not sure if this is for every branch but the one that I worked at was understaffed always. Did not receive proper training for working with heavy machinery, which you will, because there seems to be no true order. Things were always hectic and sort of just roll with the punches.

All our senior coordinators must undergo extensive training, including earning several certifications within Herc Rental’s learning system, starting with onboarding.       Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program
