Avantages
- fun culture - friendly team - ping-pong table - catered lunches 1.5 times a week - management is really eager to make you succeed and works hard to ensure your success at a personal level - management isn't really management, the organization is really flat. the ceo and cto sit right next to the team and an outsider would never be able to differentiate - management doesn't micromanage but wants to ensure you have what you need to do your best - really laid back about working from home and taking vacation time - onboarding is really personal, fun and thorough. the first week is practically nothing but onboarding - lots of social activities - open setting
Inconvénients
- lots of social activities - if healthcare had a ppo (non hmo) package, that would be nice - a glare from the window on my screen - no espresso maker - open setting, some people find it hard to concentrate once noise surpasses a certain threshold, usually lunch
