      Everyone is smart and generally kind. Good work life balance (compared to other food tech companies)

      Inconvénients

      Cross functional work was always difficult to spearhead. If it was an ad hoc project or not roadmapped, there was major reluctance to partake, despite leadership buy in. Promotion paths are nonexistent for a lot of people
