The culture has completely changed in 2023! HelloFresh was a happy work environment but the atmosphere in the Talent Acquisition team has shifted to backstabbing, candidate stealing, blaming culture, and praising overworking people(literally giving awards and kudos to employees who worked on weekends or on their vacations). Many TA colleagues are having burnout at the moment, everyone is asked to deliver more and more whereas nobody receives career growth opportunities or can benefit from internal mobility opportunities. People are afraid of speaking the hurtful truth, especially after homophobic, racist, discriminating leaders at TA were protected by leadership instead of being fried.
