Communication is a major focus at HelloFresh and we have developed a cadence that we hope creates more transparency: we have quarterly Town Hall meetings to share business updates, as well as team meetings, and encourage regular 1:1 meetings with your manager to cascade information from managers to you, our valued employees. We aim to be as transparent as possible and want you to understand our business and the decisions made. In our manager training curriculum we provide additional training on developing relationships of open communication between managers and their teams.
