We are not sure how long you were working at HelloFresh, but there has been a considerable change as we've grown rapidly over the past year in Tech. We've made numerous changes which we feel should improve based on your feedback: - We've heard feedback regarding a need for more management, and have introduced the new management roles as an intermediary between our leads to assist with planning and management. - We've also got a lovely new office space at 38 Saarbrücker Strasse to foster our growth and leave plenty of room for more expansion. - One of our core values in Tech is Ownership - Thinking and acting like owners. We imagine constantly that we are the owner of the product/domain, act on behalf of the entire company and beyond our own teams. Part of regular reviews at HelloFresh constitute value-congruent behaviour, so we're surprised to hear you've experienced this! - We've benchmarked our salaries against the market rate in Tech here in Berlin and made a conscious effort to be above our competitors in this space.
