Avantages
HelloFresh is trying to solve big problems and has the means to do so. Ambitions are really the only limitations to succeed in this environment. A diverse culture defaults your mindset to learning: About people, processes, countries ... if you're the curious type, you're in LaLaLand.
Inconvénients
The rapid growth means that the answers to things change as fast as you can say 'quickly'. It also means that if you need a lot of structure to work, working at HelloFresh may feel like there's a lack of focus. This doesn't mean that there could be more formality at times. For many here, it's their first job and some people have grown into tremendous roles at a young age within a considerable short amount of time. If you're new, it can take time until you speak the lingo and find your place. The flipside of that is, that you can create your own place and have a lot of freedom over your role. If that energizes you, you will find HelloFresh to be a fulfilling place to work at.
