Avantages
Part-Time shifts can be quite flexible ranging from 8am - 5pm and 6pm - 10pm. Employees get 70% off of the food boxes. Staff events are always a lot of fun and they regularly enter runs for charity.
Inconvénients
Working in Customer Care is very emotionally demanding but the job is very poorly paid and under-valued. There's very little room for growth, development or progression. Management are barely and badly trained which means there's little support.
