Avantages
- Awesome and smart colleagues. - Challenging and motivating work. - Startup spirit, almost everything is open for discussion.
Inconvénients
- Floundering executive management (at least in the global IT department). - High turn over rate and I can even feel this in the hysterical fear in my colleagues actions sometimes. - Lack of the transparent feedback. - Office politics rules most of the time.
