      Avantages

      People were great especially the lower level staff.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits weren't great. Company and management is constantly changing business models, very disorganized working there.

      Avantages

      I started here a few months ago as a contractor and have had nothing but positive experiences with the Alfred team. The work is predictable for the most part which allows you to have amazing work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      My only complaint is that there is no 401k matching, but it's a start up so this is to be expected. Hopefully it will change in the future!
