      Avantages

      Good benefits and hospitals and medical group offices are ran well. Work hours are good and they are flexible with time off.

      Inconvénients

      Keeping associates who are not performing the basics of the job and terminating people who are effective in their job. No room to improve, just terminate because they don't like what you have to say when they report an infraction, which is what we are told we have to do.

      Large job market in many locations.

      Inconvénients

      Lengthy hiring process. Favoritism among employees with a lot of clicky groups at the Gateway location.
