      Avantages

      - They pay decently for their expectations of new grads. - There is a potential to get put on a high profile project, like at Google or Apple or Microsoft, etc. - Decent benefits, health insurance, 401k matching after the first year, dental, and vision.

      Inconvénients

      - Training period is very long and they pay less 56,000 for the first 6 months. - Not in control of what projects you're assigned, you may end up in support even if you spend 3-6 months training for a different role. - Poor team cohesion and confusing organizational structure. - Their expectations are too low.

      It was a job. Pros??? None

      Inconvénients

      Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
