      Best company for stability. Balance in personal life and work. Paid vacations. Very good medical insurance. Good projects. If you are good then no need to worry.

      Inconvénients

      You dont get Promotions easily You dont get increments easily. Lot of politics and likes and dislike are there. Recognition of efforts is not easy
