      Avantages

      Aufstrebende Präsenz in Europa, hat viel nachzuholen, daher viele Gelegenheiten, sich zu profilieren.

      Inconvénients

      Schreckliche indische Bürokratie, abwesende Kommunikation, strenge schichten-basierte Hierarchie. Alles wird systematisch nach Indian ausgesourced, sogar eine Hotelbuchung oder ein Bahnticket, und funktioniert dementsprechend schlecht. Leute werden ohne Kommunikation herumgeschoben, von Posten zu Posten, Land zu Land, ohne Rücksprache oder Information. Einfach alles Top-down entschieden, willkürlich und ohne jede Transparenz.
