Avantages
- Company is very open to employee's location and project preferences (unlike other Indian IT firms) - High emphasis is given on employee leadership and skills development - Managers put the engineers on the forefront with customers, providing them necessary guidance. Being said that, managers' first priority in many cases is employee's development rather than making clients happy by exploiting employees (unlike other Indian IT companies) - No variable pay. You literally divide your package by 12, and this is what you will get every month.
Inconvénients
- Mediocre pay (but all fixed - which is good) - Prefer shipping folks from India to overseas rather than hiring relevant and better talent from overseas and sponsoring work visa to them (something good for folks in India, but may not be good for the company)
