      Avantages

      Friendly and understanding employer. No pressure as long as you do the work in reasonable quotas. 100% home office.

      Inconvénients

      Different salary for different entry level employees and generally low. I understand we are not going to have USA level salaries but they are more than 3 times lower... Doing the same work.
