      Working at HCL Software gives you much flexibility. You are easily given responsibilities and the fast growing company gives you the chance to change position.

      Inconvénients

      The salary increase are very small. The software entity is managed by people from the groupe (HCL Tech) with no knowledge of the software industry. Very low investment in the employees.

      If you are for ol team you are converted.

      Inconvénients

      Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
