      Avantages

      Able to earn travel allowance when traveling to the other countries to commission the machines. Bonus is considered not bad.

      Inconvénients

      High working pressure as in the deadline is always short from project starts. Easily working up to 100 hours a month, and overtime pay is only RM15. Always expect high working hours when the project starts as the management often overpromise. Expect short-handed on projects as management might send people in your team away due to low revenue generated from the department. Issue arises when new project PO is received. Might need to handle at least 2 machines in a project.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be demanding during peak project periods, and overtime may be required to meet customer delivery schedules. Career progression and compensation growth may vary depending on department and business conditions. Communication and resource planning could be improved to reduce project pressure and improve work-life balance.
