      Avantages

      Great company to work for. People and management are wonderful. They truly care about their employees. Great benefits. Very relaxed and easy going but hard working.

      Inconvénients

      Vacation time only one week after one year.

      Over time all the time, mostly friendly environment

      (welding department in particular) Has an old man who doesn't really do anything, doesn't like to teach or give order.
