      Avantages

      I would highly recommend to not work here.

      Inconvénients

      If you don’t suck up or feed into the drama they’ll get rid of you. They don’t have a Human Resources so don’t even think you’ll be treated fairly. No one has the same set of rules. You’ll be overworked if you do your job and praised if you don’t. Huge turn over rate.

      You can learn a lot from the job.

      Inconvénients

      Family is never wrong. Expect you to sell an overpriced product. You have to spend every day voting and getting your friends/family to vote to make them Favorite Builder.
