Avantages

Journées courtes (9h-12h, pause, 13h-16h). Pas de plafond sur la commission = si vous continuez à vendre, vous continuerez à gagner. Excellentes incitations à atteindre des objectifs plus élevés, car le pourcentage de commission augmente lorsque vous atteignez des ventes plus élevées. Les chefs d'équipe sont généralement gentils, solidaires et ont de bonnes attitudes.

Inconvénients

Aucun à un salaire de base très bas. La direction n'est pas agréable à vivre.

Avantages

Large organization that gives you opportunities to grow. Many ongoing projects that gave you opportunity to learn about different type of challenges customers were facing. Great team spirit in general. Continuous training.

Inconvénients

Too many changes happening in management and strategy. Not enough focus on new sales activities and too much of the business was focused on a few major clients, which made it risky in case those clients would leave. Overall management could have also been more involved in all levels of the company.

Avantages

Inconvénients

GoExcellent simply sees its employees as dispensable. They hire young people with a "if you don't like it, there's the door" attitude. They push and push and push for meaningless KPI goals with no care for the health of the employees. During my time at GoExcellent, I saw people leave, one after another, on their own accord. Resulting in me and my colleagues working 12 hours forced overtime, always at the edge of what the law allows. All we got was empty promises of new competence training and so forth.
