      I have nothing to say in this field. No pros.

      Inconvénients

      I wouldn't recommend this job. The CEO and COO of the company are great however, it's the first time I was ever "catfished" by an employer. Once hired, the expectations changed. This is a telemarketing cold calling role and you are expected to make at least 60 calls per day. If you do complete a deal within a 3 month time frame, you will be fired. There isn't an HR department and there is no set standard to how the office is ran as far as rules and regulations.

We aspire to set clear KPIs and to provide our employees with the tools to achieve their targets. We take your feedback on board and would like to advise that action has been taken in the form of training and day-to-day activities for our salespeople. We actively encourage a mix of face-to-face meetings, networking and social selling as well as calling and emailing prospects and customers.       Avantages

      As a tech start-up, there are many benefits to working here at Initiafy. You get to work closely with a great CEO and COO who are passionate about their company and give a great deal of their time to their team. In addition, they listen to your concern and greatly value your thoughts and opinions. Employees here are very nice and the culture is not rigid like a corporate structure.

      Inconvénients

      As a start-up, there are some limitations, such as budgeting for advertisement campaigns. But this is just a minor impediment. You work with what you're given with and this can be turned into a good thing.
