      Avantages

      Great product to sell, lots of amazing features and its very simple to use. On a whole working in initiafy is really great. Julie Currid the COO and Co-founder is an inspiration and Sean Fennell CEO and Co - Founder is a really great guy with lots of time for each of his sales team & give great sales advice without totally infringing on what you are doing ... allowing you a certain level of autonomy on what you are working on. All in all this is a great company on a really good uphill trajectory - Go Initiafy

      Inconvénients

      The only CON is they have lots of chocolate in the kitchen that I try my best not to be tempted to eat :)

      Avantages

      As a tech start-up, there are many benefits to working here at Initiafy. You get to work closely with a great CEO and COO who are passionate about their company and give a great deal of their time to their team. In addition, they listen to your concern and greatly value your thoughts and opinions. Employees here are very nice and the culture is not rigid like a corporate structure.

      Inconvénients

      As a start-up, there are some limitations, such as budgeting for advertisement campaigns. But this is just a minor impediment. You work with what you're given with and this can be turned into a good thing.
