      If you are a gamer and wanted to do career in gaming industry, then Globalstep is suites you No doubt. Work environment is very good. Leads and managers are very supportive if you need any kind of help.

      Inconvénients

      There is the politics in company. Company gives opportunity to those who are not suites that post.

      Very fun and relaxed work environment. Could enjoy yourself while working on games.

      Inconvénients

      Work weeks are iffy depending on progression of projects, so could have multiple weeks with no work.

      Some of the best and most caring people in office, management is understanding and HR is super nice

      Inconvénients

      Pay is $8/hr starting, offices are cramped with no privacy and the top company leadership clearly does not give a single thought to how they effect their employees with their decision making
